Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. International orders are shipped by Fedex or PostNord. If you order before 3 pm Monday – Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day. We offer Tax Free shopping for non-EU customers. This is automatically deducted at the checkout.

We offer flat-rate shipping to our International destinations via Fedex or PostNord depending on the destination and the package weight and dimensions.

EU - 6 EUR, 2 - 5 days.
Rest of the World - 8 EUR, 3 - 8 days.

Free standard shipping with Fedex on all orders over 180 EUR.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Sweden, please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs, duty and brokerage charges that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

Returns

You are entitled to return items and get a full refund or exchange within 14 days of having received it. The item must be returned unused, undamaged and with the labels attached to the product. You have the right to open the package to inspect the goods but the product must be returned unused.

When returning an item, always use the return form and include the receipt you received with your delivery. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returning goods.

Complaints

If you have received a defective product please contact info@yarnmade.com as soon as the damage is noticed. We will then first consider if the product is repairable or not. If the article can't be repaired we will replace it with a new one. If it is impossible to replace or repair the product you will get your money back. It is important that you write what is wrong with the product when you contact us and attaching photos of the damage will speed up the process.

Having received and approved your complaint you will be noticed and we will send you a replacing product and repay you for the shipping within 30 days. When making a repayment for the product you will receive the money within 14 working days from us having handled your case.

Please also note that when paying by invoice, and your complaint/return case takes a long time to handle, you must still pay your invoice before its due date. We will refund you once we have handled your complaint/return
