How to order

Once you have completed your purchase you will get an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. Always check your order confirmation email so that everything is correct, including delivery address, payment method and contact details. We advice you to always keep your order confirmation email to make any contact with our cusomer service easier. You will also receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Yarnmade is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter. Products displayed may be out-of-stock and prices are subject to change. Although we have made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, please contact us if you want to know more about colors and fabric.

Data privacy is of high importance for us and we want to be open and transparent with our processing of your personal data. We therefore have a policy setting out how your personal data will be processed and protected. 

 

Who is the controller of your personal data?

The Swedish company, Yarnmade AB, is the controller of the personal data you submit to us and responsible for your personal data under applicable data protection law.

 

Where do we store your data? 

The data that we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) but may also be transferred to and processed in a country outside of the EEA. Any such transfer of your personal data will be carried out in compliance with applicable laws. For transfers outside the EEA, Yarnmade will use Standard Contractual Clauses and Privacy Shield as safeguards for countries without adequacy decision from the European Commission.

 

Who access your data?

We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties. Data that is forwarded to third parties, is only used to provide you with our services. You will find what categories of third parties under every specific process below.

 

How do we use cookies?
